In emergency and life-threatening situations call 999. 

Urgent Medical Treatment

Emergencies at night, weekends and on Bank Holidays may be transferred to Rivergate Primary Care Centre where Peterborough Doctors on Call is situated. 

A doctor is always available outside of surgery hours in the event of an Emergency Phone 01733 568569 Day or Night

You will be automatically diverted to the Out of Hours Service.

A receptionist will take your call and arrange for you to speak to the Duty Sister.  The sister will decide whether to give advice, to transfer you to a Doctor, to ask you to attend the Emergency Centre, or arrange a home visit.

They will need to know:

• The Patients Name
• Address
• Telephone Number
• Age and problem details
