Our Health Visitors are Sue Third and Jo Chalk.

They specialise in:

  • Health of the under 5's and their familes
  • Advice on general health and welfare matters
  • Sue Third offers Smoking Cessation Advice and Support

Jo Chalk is our new Community Nursery Nurse who will be based at Stanground but will be supporting the Health Visitor Teams at New Queen Street Surgery and The Jenner Health Centre.
