Join us for the next Patient Participation Group Meeting and Open Day Event on:

• 15th April 2013 at 7.00pm at Queen Street Surgery.
• 20th April 2013 Open Day between 9.00am - 12.00pm
• The open day is an idea to give interested patients the chance to come into the surgery for a chat about what services are available here, perhaps a guided tour and a chance to meet some of the Patient Participation Group members. Dr Gary Howsam and Helena Ayre, Practice Manger will be here to answer any questions that you may have.
