Seasonal opening hours

Our team at Stanground and New Queen Street would like to wish all our patients a very happy New Year and thank you for all your support and positive comments this year.  

The surgery will close at 6pm on the 31st December and will re-open at 8am on Tuesday 4 January 2022.  

If you need medical help outside our working hours please contact NHS 111 or telephone 999 in an emergency. Local pharmacies will be open who can offer clinical advice and over-the-counter medicines for a range of minor illnesses, such as coughs, colds, sore throats, tummy trouble and aches and pains.

You can also use our online consultation platform, Doctrin, using your NHS log in via the link on our website. You can submit your Doctrin case at any time over the festive period but please note that we will not be able to respond during our closure times listed above. We will be responding to cases in the order we receive them so it may take us a day or two to progress your case, but please be assured we will be working as rapidly as possible to clear any backlog.
