Practice Nurse / Minor Illness work

If you need an appointment for any of the following conditions then please ask to see one of the Practice Nurses.

  • Eye Soreness
  • Earache
  • Family Planning
  • Minor Lacerations/Burns
  • Pill Check

If you need an appointment for any of the following reasons then please make it with our Health Care Assistant.

  • Blood Pressure Check
  • Blood Tests
  • Diet Advice
  • ECG Recording
  • New Patient Health Check
  • Smoking Cessation Advice

It is important that you book your appointment with the correct nurse. If you are in any doubt please ask a receptionist who will be happy to help you.

 

Health Visitors and School Nurses

Health Visitors and School Nurses are registered nurses who provide universal health advice for children from 0 - 5 years and targeted public health advice for children from 5 - 19 years.  They cover all schools in the area.
